DIVERSIFIED ADJUSTMENTS

This is the 'classic' Chiropractic method. The technique involves the Chiropractor manually applying a low velocity, high amplitude trust through the affected spinal segment or peripheral joint.

This technique is most commonly associated with a “cracking” noise, which is simply a gaseous release called a cavitation.

INSTRUMENT ASSISTED ADJUSTMENTS

This technique uses a spring-loaded, hand-held mechanical instrument called the Activator adjusting instrument.

This instrument allows Chiropractors to provide a high-speed, low-force impulse at specific points without manual force or cavitation.

SACRO OCCIPITAL TECHNIQUE (SOT)

This is a comprehensive and gentle technique interested in the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull) and flow and function of cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF).

The aim is restoration or maintenance of health through specialised integrated procedures including functional chiropractic neurology and biomechanics, soft tissue techniques and the diagnosis and treatment of the craniosacral respiratory mechanism (CSRM).

NEURO EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUE (NET)

NET is a researched backed treatment to help release and overcome past traumas and unresolved stressful events.

Clearing stress and trauma blockages allow you to make decisions without attachment to previous negative emotional experiences, and rebuild positive response patterns in your life.

Muscle testing and spinal corrections with the activator (see above) are the main tool used for NET.
